Dan Culbertson

Dan arrived in Colorado Springs via Air Force orders to Fort Carson in 2001. Being Air Force on an Army post was unique most days, but gave him a deep set love for the city. Dan espcially enjoys the easy access to the outdoors for camping and hiking. Nothing beats the beautiful view of the Front Range where ever you are in the city. It was a simple decision for Dan and his family to stay permanently upon military retirement.

As a veteran, Dan carries a steady composure, a love for people, and strength of character installed from his military career. His biggest passion is supporting clients as they navigate real estate transactions. His focus is communication and education, all backed with integrity and sincerity. Every transaction has Dan's personal touch – honesty, patience, and knowledge. Because relationships matter first, he strives for expert service during all stages of the real estate journey. There is a definite start, but never a finish as each client is part of the Pena Team community forever.
