Dan first arrived in Colorado Springs in 2001 through Air Force orders to Fort Carson. Though stationed on an Army post, he quickly grew to love the area—especially the breathtaking views of the Front Range and the easy access to hiking and camping. When retirement from military service came, Dan and his family knew there was no better place to call home.
